Shipping and Returns

1. General: Nova Consumables, the operator of (www.novaconsumables.co.uk), is committed to providing you with the best service. While we strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, there may be occasional stock discrepancies. In such cases, we will fulfil available products and promptly contact you to discuss whether you prefer to await the back-ordered item or request a refund.

2. Shipping Costs: Our shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. These costs include:

  • Standard Delivery UK 2-3 Business Days:
    • 0-999g – £2.49 +VAT
    • 1000-1999g – £3.67 +VAT
    • 2000g or over – £4.99 +VAT
  • Premium Delivery UK 1-2 Business Days (regardless of weight): £5.99 +VAT, unless eligible for FREE shipping. Payment for shipping will be collected during the checkout process, and this price will be the final cost for shipping to the customer.

3. Returns: 3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind Nova Consumables accepts returns due to a change of mind as long as you request the return within 15 days of receiving the item. The item should be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in resell-able condition. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, and they will need to arrange their own shipping. Once we receive and accept the return, we will process a refund in the form of store credit for future purchases. We will notify you via email once this process is completed. Please note that shipping costs paid will not be refunded.

3.2 Warranty Returns Nova Consumables honours valid warranty claims if they are submitted within 90 days of receiving the items. Customers are responsible for pre-paying the return shipping, but we will reimburse you upon the successful processing of the warranty claim. After receiving the returned items for a warranty claim, Nova Consumables aims to process your claim within 7 days. Upon confirmation of the warranty claim, we will issue a refund using the payment method on the original order.

4. Delivery Terms: 4.1 Transit Time Domestically Generally, domestic shipments take 2 – 3 days to arrive.

4.2 Transit Time Internationally International orders typically take 4 – 22 days in transit. Transit times may vary depending on your chosen courier, and you can expect a more precise estimate during the checkout process.

4.4 Change Of Delivery Address Orders placed before 02 PM – GMT (UTC+0) will be dispatched the same day, otherwise, within the next business day. If you need to change your delivery address, you can do so before the order has been dispatched.

 

4.5 Items Out Of Stock If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.

4.6 Delivery Time Exceeded If the delivery time exceeds the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate further.

5. Tracking Notifications Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link to follow your shipment’s progress based on the latest updates from the shipping provider.

6. Parcels Damaged In Transit If you receive a damaged parcel, please reject it if possible or take a picture and contact our customer service immediately if it has been delivered in your absence.

7. Duties & Taxes: 7.1 Sales Tax Sales tax is already included in the displayed price of the goods on our website.

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes For international shipments, import duties and taxes may be payable upon arrival in the destination country. These costs vary by country, so we encourage you to be aware of potential expenses before placing an order. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival, the goods will be returned to Nova Consumables at your expense. You will receive a refund for the value of the goods, minus return shipping costs. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

8. Cancellations You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

9. Insurance Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value specified by the courier.

9.1 Process for Parcel Damaged In-Transit We will process a refund or replacement once the courier completes their investigation.

9.2 Process for Parcel Lost In Transit We will process a refund or replacement once the courier confirms the parcel is lost.
